1. Self-Serve Dog Wash Guidelines & Etiquette

Vaccination & Health Requirements: In the interest of community health and safety for all visiting pets, all dogs using our self-serve wash stations must be healthy and current on their age-appropriate vaccinations (specifically Rabies, in accordance with Michigan law).

Leash Control: Dogs must remain on a secure leash or under direct physical control at all times while entering, exiting, and inside the wash facility.

Owner Supervision: You are entirely responsible for your dog at all times while using the wash tubs and drying stations. Never leave your dog unattended in or near the tub.

Clean-Up & Courtesy: We provide all the tubs, warm water, professional shampoos, towels, and blow dryers! We kindly ask that you clean up major hair clogs in the drain using the provided tools before you leave so the next customer has a fresh station.
2. Online Store Purchases & Fulfillment

Order Processing: Orders placed through our online store are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Local Pickup: If you select local in-store pickup at checkout, you will be notified via email as soon as your items are staged and ready for retrieval.
3. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

General Merchandise & Accessories: Unused, unopened accessories in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase (or delivery date for online orders) with a valid receipt or order confirmation.

Treats and Consumables: For the health and safety of all pets, all opened treats, chews, or perishable food items are final sale and cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed treats may be returned within 14 days.

Self-Serve Wash Fees: Self-serve dog wash services are non-refundable once the service has been used. If you experience technical issues with our equipment, please notify a staff member immediately for assistance or an adjustment.
4. Michigan Consumer Protection & Legal Compliance

Sales Tax: In compliance with the Michigan Department of Treasury, applicable state sales tax will be applied to all taxable merchandise and non-exempt service transactions.

Self-Serve Liability: Use of the self-serve dog wash facilities is at your own risk. The shop is not responsible for any accidents, escapes, injuries, or veterinary expenses incurred by pets, or damage to personal clothing/property, while using the wash stations.

Right to Refuse Service: Management reserves the right to refuse service, entry, or online fulfillment to any individual who violates store policies or creates an unsafe environment for staff, customers, or pets.
